In addition, through contracts with regional and national networks, members have access to over 400,000 health care facilities throughout the United Sates.

Members are supported by a staff of highly experienced health advocates. In addition to providing general health information to all members, the nurses' role is to support members suffering with health conditions, as well as mothers-to-be. The nurse health advocacy program is designed to encourage members to work more effectively with their physicians, comply with treatment plans and become active participants in their own healthcare. This approach is unique because we work with all members, not just those who are seriously ill.

Members can fill their prescriptions at over 57,000 national, regional and local chains and independent retail pharmacies nationwide. This gives members network access to over 90 percent of all U.S. pharmacies. Through retail pharmacies, members can obtain up to 30-day supplies of covered medications.

In addition members can obtain up to 90-day supply of covered medications through mail order services, providing the convenience of home delivery. Telephonic and online refill services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
