Georgetown, DE, June 12, 2006 - Creenaght L.L.C. announced today that Ronald M. Chaffin has joined the organization as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President.

Mr. Chaffin has had a distinguished career as a senior executive with several leading managed care organizations. Most recently, as CEO of Coventry Health Care of Delaware and Senior Vice President of Coventry Health Care, a Fortune 500 managed care company, he was responsible for growth and profitability of health plans in multiple geographic and product
markets and served on the corporate management team. Prior to joining Coventry, he served as President and CEO of a Blue Cross subsidiary HMO, Regional Vice President of a national managed care company, COO of a
provider sponsored HMO start-up, President and CEO of a managed care software company and Assistant General Counsel for a Blue Cross and Blue Shield company.
